Refund and Return Policy

In the rare event that any product ordered from our site arrives damaged or not working, we will immediately proceed, depending on the customer's needs, with either a refund or the free sending of a new product.

Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
